Rev. Antonio G. Dominguez
                                               The Better Air Project…
Statement of Purpose
To implement a comprehensive faith-based strategy to address the spiritual and social needs of youth and
families through a ministerial (
JESUS MINISTRY ) and community partnership. A contributing factor to
(
Better Air) effectiveness is its ability to mobilize already existing institutions in the community to create long-
term measurable change.
Problem Statement:
In Mexico, Children are in greater hardships then other countries. Many are without school and lack good
skills due to the great poverty. Many live in very poor neighborhoods and this has many problems. Some kids
are in the streets with no education. Many young people are having babies and Many parents have to work
two jobs just to get food for their families. Because of their lack of good skills  for a better job and also no
school. They can only get the jobs that pay very little and this causes more poverty. The Mexican government
has very few programs that will help these poor.
Plan:
JESUS MINISTRY  Would  provide a variety of supplemental support systems to deliver effective spiritual
and social services to the community. Ultimately, this plan facilitates partnerships with the community to
address the multifaceted need of at-risk children and families. The plan calls for Jesus Ministry to provide all
or some of the following:
Human Needs Assistance: food, shelter and clothing, family counseling and preventative health care. Future
goals to include budgeting, credit counseling and  repair, and home building seminars. Teen Pregnancy Center;
enabling teens and their families to make life  affirming choices.
To build more  Christian Schools and work with Public Schools in Outreaches: presentations covering sexual
abstinence, anger management, and substance abuse issues; tutoring; school dropout; parenting education;
sports and recreation; employment opportunities; and a back-to-school youth rally.
A technology Institute; technology in teaching academic skills in training centers: with career development,
and computer training. Training centers to teach all skills. Integration of Existing Social  Services. D.I.F. , Red
Cross, Salvation Army.
Benefits
The value added propositions for this initiative includes:
1.        The establishment of our faith based ministry, not the government, as the best social service delivery
system since it is closer to the needs of the people.
2.        A comprehensive program that provides a faith-based approach to addressing the plight of hurting
youth and their families through out the community.
3.        A program that simultaneously addresses the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of youth and their
families in a coordinated way.
4.        Better-equipped ministries assuming greater leadership for addressing major needs in the community,
which is appropriate, given their longevity and credibility.
5.        A strong spiritual and moral foundation upon which better choices are made resulting in family
structures; improved academic performance of youngsters; and a decrease in substance abuse, gang activity,
and sexual promiscuity.
6.        Ministries and churches closely partnering with existing social services to address the needs of hurting
youth and the families.
Mission Statement
The ministry started here in Mexico 19 years ago. One day I had a word from God that I was to go to
Mexico. I really didn’t want to go. But after a time I did . And after 19 years it has become a great ministry
with many churches and a big prison ministry , a refuge center, Many missionary’s working all over Mexico
and in the U.S. A. and teaching centers and many more ministries and all this was done with very little support
. I believe we can do more with the help. Our building is in need of change to make it a stronger Refuge. And
to be able to sleep around 1,000 ,in time of need.
We have a burden to bring connection between people in the U.S. and other countries that need help. By
teaching Gods’ Word, medical ministry, life management skills, financial support, and other methods which
will help improve the way of life for those who are less fortunate. We have a burden from the Lord to provide
a place where drug-addicts, men and women from prison, people from the streets can come and receive a
touch  from the Lord through The Better Air Project. The purpose of this project is to implement a
comprehensive faith-based strategy to address the spiritual and social needs of youth and families through a
ministerial (
Jesus Ministry) community partnership.
Mexico
Over 19 years ago God put it in my heart to go help the poor in Mexico and The Lord has done many great
things and I know that there will be lots more. God is doing a great work in Mexico. All the work we have
done, the glory must go to God. I came to Mexico without anything, very little money, no car and only a
vision of what God wanted me to do here. Well God never goes wrong . It is now many churches,  That are
refuges to help people in need. Teaching centers, food banks that help the poor. Helping with clothing,
vehicles , sound equipment, building funds, financial support, dorms for groups to come help in the vision,
two kitchens that feed poor people in need and has  help over 1,000 missionaries with legal papers to preach in
Mexico. The Mother church is a 30,000 sq ft. Building that can do anything in time of need. But is in need of
many repairs, to be able to do more.
My Goal
Has always been  to be a Ministry that could meet the needs of hurting people that need help. JESUS
MINISTRY
started over 20 years, Helping where ever we  could and now has become a greater ministry. IT
is now
JESUS MINISTRY OF ALAMO  TEXAS INC. With is a Public Charity with a 501c3  and has a
warehouse in Alamo Texas. And many  churches in the
USA and in Mexico  D.B.A. Iglesia Internacional
La Nueva Esperanza   Which has a SGAR 2397/99
Which is a covering for over 1,000 missionary’s that
work and preach all over Mexico and in the U.S. All this has been done with very little support and to do more
we need help.. This is my vision to partner with others  to help people that really need a helping hand. And
teach them a better way of life.
